Qualified candidates interested in these positions can find more information and apply through a Google form linked in the official notification. The online application process commenced on October 28, 2024, and the last date to submit applications is November 27, 2024. A total of 41 senior resident positions are available, and candidates must possess an MBBS/MS degree from a recognized university.
The application fees for AIIMS Rajkot vary based on the candidate’s category. For candidates in the general, EWS, and OBC categories, the fee is ₹1,000, while those from reserved categories are required to pay ₹800.
AIIMS Rajkot’s Senior Resident Eligibility Criteria 2024
To qualify for the Senior Resident vacancies, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates should be under 45 years old as of the application deadline.
Educational Qualifications:
MBBS/MSc mark sheets and degree certificates.
MD/DNB/MS/MDS/Ph.D. degree certificate.
DM/M.Ch/DNB degree certificates.
Additional Requirements:
Completion certificate for internship.
Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Councils, and DCI for Dentistry candidates.
Experience certificate (if applicable).
The official notice mentions, “The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. The Executive Director, AIIMS, Rajkot reserves the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Govt. of India rules/circulars and requirements.” The interview will take place on November 28, 2024 at the Conference Hall of the AYUSH Building, AIIMS Rajkot.

Meanwhile, the candidates can only apply in one department and selection will be based on an interview. If the ratio of candidates is greater than 1:6, an MCQ-based test may be used to select them.
