‘Maza Aaya’: Mannara Chopra On Her Chandigarh Trip And Music Video With Abhishek Kumar

Following the conclusion of Bigg Boss Season 17, hosted by Bollywood icon Salman Khan, contestants are on cloud nine as their popularity has surged. Stepping out of the controversial house, many are still busy attending events and various interviews. Interestingly, among all the contestants, BB17 finalists Abhishek Kumar and Mannara Chopra wasted no time and they have already started working on their next project. Recent viral pictures from a set in Chandigarh were all over the internet and seems like Mannara has already completed the shoot, as the actress was spotted in Mumbai. Accompanied by her mother, the actress was seen interacting with photographers and disclosed the purpose of her visit.

Wearing a light green Anarkali attire, Mannara looked stunning as she interacted with photographers in the city. Shedding light on shooting the music video and meeting her relatives, the actress shared, “My mom went to Chandigarh because all my relatives live in Ambala and they wanted to meet me after Bigg Boss. So, mom also went on a work trip. It was fun meeting everyone, cousins after a long time, ‘real cousins.’ I can’t upload pictures because all the cousins were there on the set, costume will be revealed, but I will definitely post.”

The buzz around Mannara Chopra and Abhishek Kumar’s music video garnered attention after it was mentioned by Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui during one of his live sessions. The confirmation later came when Mannara, made an appearance in the vlog of former Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, as she was seen wearing a costume for the shoot and talking about how it went. Interestingly, Elvish’s mother is a huge Mannara fan and she earlier expressed her desire for her son to collaborate with Mannara in a music video. This revelation came from a previous vlog in which the content creator had asked his mother to choose between Mannara, Ankita Lokhande and Isha Malviya for collaboration.

While Mannara Chopra was in the Bigg Boss 17 house, her cousin Priyanka Chopra publicly supported her in the finale week through an Instagram post. However, there were speculations about her rift with Parineeti Chopra, as the Ishaqzaade actress remained silent and did not mention Mannara. Addressing the rumours after her exit from the house, Mannara set the record straight on Siddharth Kannan’s show. She clarified that there was no rift between her and Parineeti, revealing that the actress had sent her a long congratulatory message about her journey.
