UP Board High School, Inter Result 2024: Evaluation of Answer Sheets Complete; Check Expected Result Date

The evaluation work of the answer sheets of the UP board high school and intermediate examination 2024 has been completed. UPMSP has completed the evaluation work in just 12 working days. The evaluation work of about 2 crore 85 lakh copies of UP Board was to be completed between March 16 and March 31 however, it was completed a day before, on March 30.

A total of 1,47,097 examiners were appointed for the evaluation of UP Board exam copies. A total of 259 centres were created for the evaluation process across the state out of which 131 were created for the evaluation of high school answer sheets and 116 for intermediate answer sheets. Out of the total, 83 government and 177 non-government-aided secondary schools were made evaluation centres.

The evaluation of copies took place from March 16 to 31, however, due to the festival of Holi, the evaluation process was stopped from March 24 to 26. Apart from this, teachers in many districts had also boycotted the evaluation work in protest against the murder of a teacher who had gone to Muzaffarnagar by a policeman. Despite this, the UP board has completed the evaluation of copies before the scheduled time.

UP Board 10th, 12th Exam 2024: Expected Result Date

Now, following the completion of the evaluation work, the UP Board has started the preparation process to release the results. As per sources, the UP Board may release the result any time in the third week of April. The results are expected to be released between April 15 and 22, although no official date has been announced by the board yet.

UP Board exams were conducted in 12 days. The high school and intermediate examinations were conducted by the UP Board from February 22 to March 9.

It is to be noted that 1,84,986 candidates had left the high school examination and 1,39,022 candidates in the intermediate. A total of 55,25,308 candidates had registered for the exam out of which 29,99,507 candidates were registered for high school exams, while 25,25,801 candidates were registered in intermediate.

UP Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla said that quality education, cheating-free examinations, and fair evaluation have been the guiding principles of UPMSP. According to Shukla, due to continuous monitoring of all the centres of the state after the examination, the UP Board completed the evaluation in a record 12 working days. Shukla claimed that this time the evaluation work has been completed in the shortest time ever.
