The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to release the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2023 answer key and response sheet soon. Those who appeared for the exam can access the answer key from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in, once released. The UGC NET December 2023 results will be released on January 10, 2024.

After the release of the provisional answer keys for the UGC NET December 2023, candidates will be allowed to raise objection by paying Rs 200 per question. They must also provide sufficient evidence to back their argument. These objections will then be reviewed by the expert committee, and thereafter, the result and final answer key will be published.

The UGC NET 2023 December session was conducted from December 6 to December 14. The exam was held in 292 cities this year. The test was held in two sessions, from 9 am to 12 pm., and then from 3 pm to 6 pm, for a total of 83 subjects. The NTA conducts the NET for assistant professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) positions. The dates for the UGC NET examinations have been reduced for this session.

UGC NET December 2023 Answer Key: Steps To Download

Step 1: Go to the official UGC NET website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Find the link that says ‘UGC – NET December 2023 Answer Key’ and click on it.

Step 3: Click on submit after entering your login information (application number and birthdate) on the login window.

Step 4: The pdf file will open on the screen.

Step 5: Download and print a copy of the UGC NET December 2023 answer key for future reference.

The UGC NET exam comprises 100 marks and is a computer-based examination (CBT) that features two papers. Paper I is a general paper that applies to all disciplines and focuses on research and teaching methodologies, teaching approaches, and comprehension. In contrast, Paper II addresses the curriculum of the selected subject and is field-specific.

The UGC NET December 2023 examinations began with the English and History papers on December 6 followed by the commerce test on December 7 in shift, and the computer science and application exam in shift 2. The Public Administration and Philosophy examinations were held in shift 2 on December 8. The exam for Political Science was conducted on December 11 in shift 1, and Hindi in shift 2.
