NLU Odisha Application Process For 3-Year LLB Programme Begins; All You Need to Know

NLU Odisha Admission 2024: Interested and eligible candidates can file their application form by visiting the official website at nluo.ac.in

The National Law University Odisha has started the application for the 3-year LLB programmes for the academic session 2024-25. Interested candidates can file their application on the official website at nluo.ac.in. The applications will be accepted by the university until April 12, 11.59 pm.

The candidates will get shortlisted based on the All India Test, which will be held on May 5, 2024, from 10 am to noon. The All India Test for the LLB course will be conducted in eight cities — Delhi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Cuttack, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gandhinagar, and Bhopal. Applications are invited for academic year 2024-25. There are a total of 60 seats.

NLU Odisha Application 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized college. Candidates in the general category must have a minimum score of 45 per cent in graduation. However, candidates from the reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC), must achieve a minimum score of 40 per cent. The candidates who completed graduation, appearing for the final exam, or awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Age limit: There is no age limit to appear for the entrance exam.

NLU Odisha Application 2024: How To Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official website of NUL at nluo.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click on the link: Admission to the LLB programme.

Step 3: A new page will be displayed on the screen where candidates are required to fill in all the required details.

Step 4: Upload all the documents mentioned on the application form

Step 5: Review the entered details carefully and then proceed to submit

Step 6: Pay the application fee. General applicants have to pay an examination fee of Rs 3,000, while SC and ST aspirations are required to pay Rs 2,500.

Step 7: Download and print out the application form for future reference.

The exam paper will comprise a total of 120 multiple-choice questions distributed across three sections- English, logical reasoning and current affairs and GK. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect responses. The duration of the exam will be two hours.
