Manisha Rani entered as a wild card contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 and suffered injuries on the second day of rehearsals.
Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, the renowned celebrity dance reality show, has been a showcase for exceptional performances by well-known celebrities. With a dedicated fan following cheering for their favourite stars, the program recently grabbed headlines with the introduction of wild card entries. Manisha Rani, well-recognised for her stint on Bigg Boss OTT 2, joined as a wild card contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11 and reportedly faced injuries in the initial days of her participation.
In an interview with ETimes, Manisha Rani informed that once she started rehearsing for her acts, she suffered an injury on the second day to her right hand. Her choreographer and she couldn’t coordinate the time, and she ended up getting an injury. The on-set doctor visited her and did a lot of icing to help her recover. “I told my choreographer, “aapne toh Mera haanth he ukhad diya, he told me don’t worry it is just a beginning.” I am now prepared for all these things as I am part of this show. Also I believe life mein kuch Accha karne ke liye,kuch Accha paane ke liye thoda toh takleef se guzarna padta he hai. So I’m full ready for it,” she added.
Speaking about being scared of injuries, Manisha Rani shared that she is definitely worried about hurting her face or body since, as an artist, it is very important for her. However, she mentioned, “But now I’ve taken up the show, so I’ve to give my full 100 percent to the show.”
Furthermore, Manisha Rani also spoke about her love of dancing and the decision to take up this show. She mentioned, “I loved dancing since childhood but I have never taken any formal training or learnt dancing. I always wanted to do a dancing show and finally it has come true. I am elated that I will be performing in front of three talented and well-known judges, who are such big names from their fields: Arshad sir, Farah and Malaika ma’am.” Moreover, Manisha revealed that her father takes pride in her achievements, noting that he appreciates her for making him proud and commends her for making the right decisions in her life.
Manisha Rani garnered fame through her participation in Bigg Boss OTT 2, where she achieved the remarkable feat of securing the second position, with Elvish Yadav emerging as the winner. Since her stint on the reality show, Manisha has been actively involved in various projects.
One notable venture includes her appearance in Tony Kakkar’s music video for the song Jamna Paar, performed by Neha Kakkar and Tony Kakkar. The music video marked Manisha’s debut in the music industry and was met with considerable success.
