There is this ongoing shift in law firms really trying to bring in the business people who will perpetuate the firms forward from a strategy perspective and a financial perspective. Those are the two areas we’re seeing the most investment.

Stark continued, adding that these moves are happening at the beginning of the year because of the “real impact that C-leaders have on the firm’s ability to have a successful and seamless financial year-end and close.”
