This was his fourth Netflix comedy special.

Recently, Vir Das added another feather to his cap as he became the first Indian comedian to entertain a live crowd of approximately 5000 people at the Apollo Theatre. This historic performance is a highlight of Vir Das’ Mind Fool tour.

Meanwhile, Vir Das is all set to don the director’s hat and venture into the horror genre next year. Speaking about why he chose to start with this genre, Vir said, “The timing of a horror film is exactly the same as the timing in a comedy. A laugh and a scare are exactly the same things. That’s why comedy directors make good horror directors.”

Further, the comedian mentioned that he has a slew of interesting projects lined up. He is involved in the making of an American sitcom in which she herself would star. It is being made under the banner of Fox and is titled Country Eastern. Additionally, he will be starring in an American rom-com.
